I'm an Integral Psychotherapist
And I'm accepting new clients just like you.
What I'm Doing Here
I’m here to help you choose your own adventure.
I bring whole-human enquiry to our therapeutic relationship, helping you connect with the wisdom of your heart, mind, body, and soul.
I create a safe space for you to find your grounding and your freedom, through present listening, through mindful creativity, and through embodied meditation.
How I Got to Now
Recent History: I was a freelance counselor in Berlin for some years, doing somatic therapy and hypnotherapy with iconoclastic clients, and working with startup incubators around concepts like fostering creativity, emotional intelligence, and dynamic communication. When I came back to the US, I joined the Integral Counseling Psychology Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, and studied Expressive Arts Therapies at the Center for Creative Arts Therapy in Chicago. I did my traineeship at Pierce St Integral Counseling Center.
Old History: I have worn many hats in this lifetime. I have been a professional tango dancer and teacher, a Buddhist scholar, a landscape designer, a wanderer, an English teacher, a scenic and production designer, a struggling artist, and more. I have experienced heartbreak and joy, loss and completion, tragedy and the gift of one more day on this Earth.
Ancient History: I grew up dancing in the garden, drawing princesses, writing stories, experimenting in the kitchen, playing around with my clothes, building sand castles, patting the cat, and making music...and nothing has changed.
