I was trying to think how I would explain to someone what I do (with varying degrees of success and failure), and I guessed it would sound something like this: "well, you pull the man up deep inside you, into your core. Be careful when you embrace him because he's getting all naked for you and you want him to feel that you want him inside you. You want him to feel safe, but desired, not comfortable. And then once he's there, you feel him inside you and bring him with you without letting go. You want to feel every part of your body being part of it. If you line everything up right, you'll be relaxed but engaged and the dance happens by itself. Every time the man reaches into you, your reaction pulls another thrust out of him. Then when you're done you let go of him as carefully and with as much awareness as when you first took him into you."
And then I thought this over and thought, damn, that sounds an awful lot like a lesson with *multiple* applications, and worth practicing! Now I want to practice it!
